Please note that all carriers are currently experiencing longer than normal delivery time because of the covid-19 pandemic.

Local Delivery: 

We offer local delivery in the following area in the Durham Region (Greater Toronto Area): Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa.

Processing time

Please allow processing of 2-5 business days from purchase for orders to be shipped.

‘PRE-ORDER’ items have longer processing times, usually about 3-4 weeks but may vary slightly depending on items.

Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale events and holidays.

Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Shipment via DHL will automatically have signature.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Please add Route package protection at checkout.

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken/damaged during shipment, or stolen. By deselecting shipping protection, KEJEO DESIGNS is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Customs Charges

Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control of them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.

Order not delivered

We aim at delivering orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.

We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping with signature.

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days or contact the shipping company.

Defective/Missing/Wrong/Damaged item

If you received a defective/missing/wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@kejeodesigns.com

We ensure that all items are packaged properly to avoid damages during shipment.

Refused deliveries & Undeliverable addresses

Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" or "incomplete" address will be assessed a handling fee.
