Returns/Exchanges

CAREFULLY READ OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t process your return request.
Items must be received back at our return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

If we receive an item after 30 days have passed, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All items must also be in their original packaging (including all paperwork and accessories).

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit your return request to info@kejeodesigns.com. In the subject line please indicate “Return Request” with your order number and details.

You will receive an email confirmation for your return.

All returned items MUST be in their ORIGINAL STATE and will be inspected upon receipt.

We do not provide free return shipping labels. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return processing time is usually 7 business day but could be longer during peak seasons.

We do not accept returns on clearance/final sale items for refunds. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee if we received them.

***Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address will be assessed a handling fee which will be deducted from any refund if requested.***

We do not offer refund unfortunately.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

All returned items MUST be in their ORIGINAL STATE. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Exchange & Store Credit

We cannot guarantee the items you want will still be available by the time your returned items are received and processed. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges.

However, we will gladly offer a store credit or a discount equivalent to your refund amount that never expires once your return is received. You'll be able to use this toward another order.

We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return, please allow 7 business days to process your return and issue the store credit.

Store credit never expires.

Sale/Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale/clearance items are final sale items are not refundable.

Defective/Missing/Wrong/Damaged item

If you received a damaged, defective or the wrong item, or if any item of your order is missing upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@kejeodesigns.com

Cancellation

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

Price Changes

Please note that prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices may change according to demand, inventory, and promotions. We are not able to refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
