HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BODY

First get a measuring tape. While using the tape, keep it snug and straight in order to get a more accurate measurement.

Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, which is its widest part

Chest: Put the tape under your arms and measure around the widest part of your chest.

Sleeve: We recommend getting someone else to do this for you as this can be tricky.

Raise your arm, then ben it in front of you, parallel to your chest. Measure from the center of your back, just under the neck, around the elbow and to the wrist bone.

Waist: Measure around your waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button.

Inseam: We recommend using a pant that fits you well for this measurement. Lay it flat and measure the inseam (the inner leg seam), from the top to the cuff.
